    Has there been any research or confirmation on whether Ramsey IS indeed the infamous hurricane Katrina looter? He looks just like him. I did a web article about him being in jail for battery, not that that is relevant to anything...just amazing what's uncovered via the internet so the hurricane looter connection should be confirmed or denied officially.
