Requiem for a Dongslinger

  1. Thanks Jenn, Scotty and Czabe - awesome retrospective - too awesome for that traitor to Packer nation. I hope I never live to see his name enshrined at Lambeau - someday yes, but not until we pry the ball from his cold, dead hands.

  2. i can't wait til some up and coming sportscaster wants your job. i'm sure you'll just calmly say, "i understand--let the kid bloviate and misinform in my place." bitch, please. czabe-- i love you and bob and brian, but you guys are wrong on this. big spike in picks also correlated with the defense behind them. good defense= low pick totals. i could go on and on; you think what you want. and i will think what i want.

  3. czabe- I agree with you. Ive always been on this side of the Favre story. I don't hate him really, I just think he choose the wrong way to deal with all of this. Since his dad passed, he changed and started showing his diva side. oh well, its over and people should move on....

  5. Great summary Czabe. Fair, and well-presented.

You're at your best when you really take your time and fully sink your teeth into a subject.

Also, I feel Mike's metaphor is pretty flawed. I mean, I guess in sports talk radio it could come into play if Czabe is like, 75, and is starting to forget basic things it takes to do his job (a la Dick Stockton) and needs to be replaced...but until then, ride on Czabe, ride on!
