Neither of them are penalties. This is FOOTBALL for God's sake.
Football is now about pink gloves and hugging poor little 6'5" 320# linemen like J Martin after they've been bullied by big mean jerks, for God's sake.
Both are penalties...it's not Goodell's fault the highly paid (non-scab) refs blew the 2nd call.
I'm pretty sure the term "scab" needs to go away. Let's call them "people who want to work" instead.
